Seasoned Veteran to Drive Network Security and Service Expansion

BRISBANE, Calif., November 14, 2005 -- UltraDNS™ Corporation, the world's leading provider of Managed DNS services, today announced the appointment of Amir Shahmiri to its executive leadership team as Executive Vice President of Operations and Service Delivery. In this position, Shahmiri will bolster the UltraDNS global network with a focus on security measures designed to enhance operations and customer service. This latest appointment significantly adds to the Company's strong position within the security infrastructure marketplace.

Shahmiri comes to UltraDNS with over 18 years of experience managing the operations of multi-million dollar IT organizations. Most recently, he was managing director at Network Solutions, where he oversaw business operations of a subsidiary, including managing separation negotiations with Verisign. Prior to Network Solutions, he held a number of key positions at MCI, including program and project management, technical support, project implementation, and engineering.
