Where do I change my credit card and billing information?
Log in to your account at www.UltraDNS.com. Then, go to the My Account section and enter your billing information on the Profile tab.
What billing options do I have as a customer of your service?
You are able to choose automatic monthly payment via a credit card, automatic annual payment via a credit card, monthly invoice billing (for customers over $25.00 per month) or annual invoice billing (all customers). If you are a Managed DNS customer who signed up online, please contact Support@UltraDNS.com to change your account options.
How do I upgrade my package?
Please contact Sales@UltraDNS.com to upgrade your current UltraDNS service.
